Ingredients:
1lb (450g) ground beef
4 tomatoes peeled
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup rice
2 tbsp oil        
1 tbsp paprika
1 ½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups water

Preparation:
Chop onion fine and fry in oil with the meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Add tomatoes quartered and peppers cut in long strips. Cook 5 minutes. Add water and rice. Simmer 25 minutes.
